During these uncertain times, the health and well-being of our residents and team members are of the utmost importance at Inland Residential Real Estate Services.
Following the current recommended federal, state and local guidelines to social distance and to limit potential exposure, we will be restricting access to our community offices and operating by appointment only at this time. We are also increasing our already thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures at every community. This includes our offices, common areas and more. We want to be sure to provide a healthy environment for our residents to call home, as well as for our team members to work in.
If any resident has a question about current policies or concerns about an upcoming lease renewal decision, we encourage you to call your leasing office.
